**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF PEOPLE IN NEED IN UKRAINE AND THOSE REFUGEES THAT SEE UKRAINE AS THEIR HOME WHO ARE NOW LIVING IN THE UK OR IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD, WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF WAR OR NATURAL DISASTER OR CATASTROPHE, BY SUPPLYING THEM SUCH AID AS THE TRUSTEES SEE AS NECESSARY IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

**Activities:** We provide aid to Ukraine, and to those who consider Ukraine as their home in London and the UK.  We provide medical aid and non-perishable food aid as well as all necessary essential items for those affected by war in Ukraine by transporting donations to Ukraine with the assistance of third-party agencies who enable up-to-date information concerning needs and logistical routes.
