DRAFT CHURCH CONSTITUTION

PREAMBLE
We the Christian believers of Jesus Christ and members of the Apostolic Faith Church in the best interest of the present and future of the Church and the ultimate aim of attaining eternal life through Christ for all members who convert and live in the faith as true followers, and in our endeavour to preserve the values prescribed in the Holy Book (the Bible) and the leadership of the Holy Spirit for all to live by hereby cause this Constitution to be the guiding principles for the Church.
The Constitution shall be core to the spiritually and uprightness or righteousness of the Church and shall be upheld in all the undertakings of the Church both internally and in its relations to the rest of the world.
The Constitution shall after effective debate, reviews, prayers and ordainment by the Holy Spirit and asserted into effect by the signature Bishop of the Church be the guiding principle whose statutes shall be upheld at all times unless the Holy Spirit proclaims otherwise. The Constitution and any future amendments shall be subordinate the Scriptures, the Doctrines of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.
In the pursuit of holiness and righteousness of the Apostolic Faith International Church and sanctification of the believers present and future for the confirmation of our great faith as commanded by our Lord Jesus Christ in the Great Commission that we be the missionary for the dissemination of the Gospel deliverance unto all nations and to bring salvation not only to the Church but to the whole world and entirety of creation do hereby bring this Constitution to effect.

| Church | A congregaton of believers organised to worship and fulfl the great commission of Jesus Christ. The partcipaton and contributon of the members is voluntary. There commonality is based on the conversion and faith in the Holy Trinity |

| Creaton | That all things visible and invisible came from God’s creaton; substance coming forth from nothing. |
| Church board | A group of functonaries; believers who are carry out specifc tasks in the Church. Such task which include discipleship, administraton, advisory, disciplinary and evangelical |
