grants of money or providing or paying for ilems. services or P￿ill11e$ calcuialed lo reduce the
need. hardship or distress of such persons.
The CIO spent the 15 months since Charity Commission approval waiting tor the activities and
assets of the 'olrf charities1224035 and 52951T) to be transferred to the CIO. By the end of March
2025. the first cash transfer had completed.
