The Report.

Sabiel Relief is a fairly new and small charity. There are five (5) trustees;

Mr. Osman Mohammed Abrar, Ms. Fatima Elabgari, Mr. Adam Yasr Turkay, Mr.Abdu Mohammed Adam and Mr. Anwar Yasr Turkay.

The registered office is in Birmingham at Unit 1, 93 High St, Digbeth, Birmingham, B5 6DY.

The Charity is run by the trustees and volunteers. There is no employee working for the charity.

All five trustees work voluntarily to ensure the smooth running of the charity.

Sabiel Relief raises its fund from the general public and from generous well-wishers. All donations/contributions are recorded and a duplicated receipt is issued.

Because of the limited income, Sabiel Relief was only able to execute a small portion of its projects. Sabiel Relief’s activity in this financial year included:

Food distribution, Ramadan Iftar arrangement, Eid Qurbani provisions, Eid Celebration, orphans support, student help and community engagement programmes.

Sabiel Relief mainly works in the UK and also trying to work in Sudan to help the very needy people.

Sabiel Relief does not pay any rent or utility bills because it uses the premises of another organisation to save money.

The future.

Sabiel Relief is a community based charity. It started its journey humbly and it intends to grow nationally and work abroad. To facilitate this the trustees have agreed to change and broaden the charity’s objectives.

Sabiel Relief is actively searching to purchase a suitable property in/around Birmingham to house the office and mosque with associated community centre.
