Objectives and Activities
The objects of the Charity are for the benefit of the public, to advance such charitable purposes as the charity trustees see fit from time to time through the provision of grants. The Charity has donated funds to numerous UK-registered charities, mainly medical, but also some humanitarian and animal causes.
Achievements and Performance
The Charity has donated funds to numerous UK-registered charities, mainly medical, but also some humanitarian and animal causes. These funds have indeed made a difference to the various charities where the funds were donated, and as such, to the wider society – ie this demonstrates public benefit.
Financial Review
The Charity has sufficient funds to continue its goals.
Reserves
The Trustees review reserves annually. Their policy is to hold enough cash reserves to meet the operating costs of the Charity

1. BASIS OF ACCOUNTING
The accounts have been prepared under the “Receipts and Payments” basis as prescribed by the Charity Commissioners, and they meet the appropriate legal requirements. The Trustees confirm, in accordance with the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (General) Regulations 2012, that at the year end the CIO did not have any outstanding guarantees to third parties nor any debts secured on assets of the CIO.
