DURING THE YEAR, THE CHARITY DELIVERED A RANGE OF EDUCATIONAL AND COMMUNITY-BASED INITIATIVES IN LINE WITH ITS CHARITABLE OBJECTS. THE CHARITY ORGANISED CLASSES FOR YOUNG CHILDREN, PROVIDING A FUN AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT THAT EQUIPPED THEM WITH AUTHENTIC KNOWLEDGE, ENCOURAGED THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW SKILLS AND FOSTERED FRIENDSHIPS. THESE SESSIONS ALSO CONTRIBUTED TO THEIR MORAL AND SPIRITUAL WELLBEING.

BUILDING ON THIS, THE CHARITY NOTICED THE NEED FOR EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES TO BE AVAILABLE FOR THE TEENAGERS AND HENCE INTRODUCED DEDICATED CLASSES FOR TEENAGERS, WITH THE AIM OF INSTILLING STRONG ETHICS AND VALUES IN YOUNG PEOPLE AS THEY GROW INTO ADULTHOOD. ALONGSIDE PROVIDING THE FUTURE ADULTS OF OUR SOCIETY WITH EDUCATION, THE CHARITY AIMS TO NURTURE TEENAGERS IN A MANNER WHICH WILL MAKE THEM BETTER INDIVIDUALS AND CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS TO OUR SOCIETY.
FOR THE ADULTS, THE CHARITY CONTINUED TO PROVIDE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES DESIGNED TO STRENGTHEN BOTH KNOWLEDGE AND SPIRITUALITY. ALONGSIDE STRUCTURED CLASSES, THE CHARITY ALSO DISTRIBUTED RELIABLE AND AUTHENTIC MATERIALS FOR THE WIDER PUBLIC, HELPING INDIVIDUALS TO APPROACH CHALLENGING ISSUES WITH UNDERSTANDING AND RESPECT.
THROUGH THESE ACTIVITIES, THE CHARITY HAS ADVANCED EDUCATION AND PROMOTED ISLAM IN A MANNER THAT SUPPORTS PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERS CLEAR BENEFITS TO THE PUBLIC.

DURING THE YEAR, THE CHARITY SUCCESSFULLY EXPANDED ITS Summary of the main EDUCATIONAL PROVISION ACROSS ALL AGE GROUPS. THE CHARITY achievements of the charity CREATED A NURTURING ENVIROMENT FOR CHILDREN TO GAIN during the year AUTHENTIC KNOWLEDGE, DEVELOP NEW SKILLS, AND BUID FRIENDSHIPS, WHILE ALSO ENRICHING THEIR MORAL AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH. CLASSES FOR TEENAGERS WERE INITIATED, EQUIPPING FUTURE ADULTS WITH STRONG ETHICS AND VALUES. FOR ADULTS, THE CHARITY CONTINUED TO DELIEVER LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES THAT DEEPENED BOTH KNOWLEDGE AND SPIRITUALITY.
IN ADDITION, THE CHARITY DISTRIBUTED RELIABLE EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS TO THE WIDER COMMUNITY, SUPPORTING INDIVIDUALS IN ADDRESSING ISSUES WITH DECENCY AND UNDERSTANDING. THE CHARITY ALSO RECIEVED POSITIVE FEEDBACK PROM PARTICIPANTS AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY, REFLECTING THE BENEFIT AND VALUE OF THE CHARITY’S WORK. THE STRONG FINANCIAL SUPPORT THE CHARITY HAS RECEIVED FROM THE PUBLIC DEMONSTRATES CONFIDENCE IN THE CHARITY AND HAS ENABLED THE CHARITY TO SUSTAIN AND GROW THE CHARITY’S ACTIVITIES.

Section E Financial review
Brief statement of the charity’s policy on reserves
During the period, the charity secured income of £46,750, and expenditure amounted to £9,939, with staffing costs and rent being the largest expense items. During the year the charity raised interest free loans in readiness to purchase a property and also returned some loans taken. The total loans owed by the charity at the end of the period was £182,185. The charity generated a surplus net of receipts of £218,996 (reserves held for the purchase of a property). There is no policy to retain reserves in addition to the above amount which has been set for future charitable expenditure.
