Breakdown of how the charity will work
The donor will provide a donation with instructions identifying the beneficiary within the scope of victims of war, natural disaster, trouble or catastrophe. The donation shall be invested to purchase land/property in the UK only which will then be put on rent.
The rent income generated from the land/property will be donated to the beneficiary identified by the donor. As the value of the land/property increases, the rent charged will increase and the donation will therefore increase in line with this.
The donor has the freedom to change the beneficiary for receipt of their donation provided it is within scope of the beneficiaries defined in the object of the Charity.
When the Donor passes away, the rent income generated from their donation will for the lifetime of the Charity, continue to be donated to the last beneficiary they had identified during their lifetime.
