2. Objectives and Activities
Charitable Objectives
Cornish Views Education Foundation exists to promote education and improve access to safe learning environments for children in underserved communities, with an initial focus on Brazzaville, Republic of the Congo.
Digital Infrastructure: We launched our website and began building our presence on social media and fundraising media such as JustGiving to raise awareness and engage with supporters.
3. Achievements and Performance

Successfully engaged with multiple schools in Brazzaville, laying the foundation for future projects.

Commissioned a professional architect for a sanitation improvement project at one of the schools.

Completed initial development of our digital infrastructure including website and social media.

Conducted numerous in-person meetings with potential partners in the UK and abroad.
4. Financial Review
Activities in 2024
2024 marked our first full year as a registered charity. As such, our focus was on building strong foundations for long-term impact. Key activities included:
Partnership Development: we established meaningful relationships with several schools in Brazzaville. This groundwork will enable future collaboration in infrastructure improvements and learning initiatives.
Infrastructure Planning: at one partner school, we commissioned architectural designs for urgently needed new toilet facilities to address sanitation issues.

5. Structure, Governance, and Management
We are governed by our founding trustees under a constitution. We meet regularly to review progress, manage finances, and steer strategic direction. The charity operated with volunteer leadership and no paid staff.
6. Plans for Future Periods
In 2025, our focus will shift from foundational work to project implementation. Planned activities include:

Donation of prizes to top performing boy and girl students to schools across seven boroughs in Brazzaville

● Xmas gift donations to selected teachers

Fundraising to support educational resources and further infrastructure improvements.

Expanding our digital outreach to grow support and awareness.
