We had 22 representatives from four churches in the dK>ce5e (Christ Church Bioadslairs. Cttrist Church Hae$den, Christ Church Shoreham and Christ Church Wllesboroughl. also had two peop join virtually via Teams. Churches Together and Thanet Church Leaders meetings have given me the opportunty lo meèt other lo1 minister5 and church leaders. Our church led the Churches Together Community carol singing al TESCO weSfv(j Cross on 12 Dember 2024. Thanks to Juanrta for plawng the music. Neady twenty-five Peop from various churches joined the carol sir¥Jing. We also participated in Ride and Slnde on 14 Septemter 2024. We welcomed 30 visitors from all over the Kent. Six of us visited churthes and three weltomed visrtors at the d)urth. fundraised £670 and have rerIEd half of the money1£3351 from Friends of Kent chur$. We Supported shoe box appeal and Collected 216 shoe boxes for the Samarrtan's Purse - Operation Christm43 Child which is part of the Billy Graham ministnes. From our church we filled 40 shoeboxes from the donation¥ recèived from our congregatn. Food donations that we Te1ved for Hst edebration ar throughcrtrt the year were used 10 5UPPtyt our ngregatn and we donated Ihe rest lo the local Salvati(yn Amiy food bank and a local charity. For Christmas. we gifted 13 children lage beknn 6 months and 16 years) at a local charity. The ovgrall cost wa5 £127 and was met by donations from four ol our congfeganls. Flnanclal revlew The charity received £5,034 from the church organisatn pricy lo b8coming it's separate charity. The charity had negative funds al the end of the period of £8,823. The charity received a 108n of £30.000 during the year lor the fepairs to the church. They have spent £30,027 on repairs lo the chufch and £2.948 on repairs lo the chuich hou88. R8seNes polKy The Church's Olcy 18 lo maintain reserves lo continue to Irade. The Church is currently funded by a loan from the Free Chur() of Erylar¥J Central Trust.
