The following report is for the review and audit of the financial accounts linked with Aspiring Foundations Wrap Care and Holiday Club, for the year ending March 31[st] 2025. 

## **Independent Examination Summary** 

Based on the examination undertaken, I confirm the following: 

- No evidence was identified to suggest that proper accounting records were not maintained. 

- The financial accounts reviewed are consistent with the accounting records and information provided. 

- The accounts appear to have been prepared in accordance with the applicable reporting requirements and regulations. 

## **Financial Position** 

During the reporting period, the charity recorded a deficit of ( **£27,995.18** ) The charity has confirmed that this shortfall is supported by an agreement with the local authority, Halton Borough Council, which has committed to covering the deficit reported within the accounts . 

The charity currently holds no financial reserves. As a result, its ongoing financial sustainability remains dependent on continued funding support from the local authority. This reliance represents a potential financial risk should future funding arrangements change or cease. At which point any changes to funding and expenditure should be reported and documented in line with financial reporting guidance and regulations. 

## **Conclusion** 

Based on the information and records made available for examination, no matters have come to my attention that would indicate the accounts are materially misstated or not properly supported by the underlying records provided. No further review or investigation of the accounts is required at this time for the year in question.
