FINANCIAL REVIEW The accounts lor the period ended 1st September 2024 showed a surplus of£4.155 The trustees are working hard lo increase income from grants but this is proving difticult gwen the ¢urrent economic conditions. A donation worthy of note was from 3 mÈntsl health charty. amounting to £1.350. HOW OUR ACTIVITIES DELIVER PUBLIC BENEFIT The Charity supports people who are financially struggling to care for their dogs, helping them atte5S essential items and services they may not otherwise afford This includes oui doggy bank, which provides food. bedding. and basic supplies. RESERVES POLICY The Iruslees consider that a prudent level of reserves lof a charity ol this nature would be approximately £5.000. However, due lo the current unc&rtainlies around Income generation and the early stage of the Charity's d&velopment, il has not yet b*n possible to build up reserves to this level.
