For The Purpose For This Clause, Transgender And Gender Non-Conforming Refers To People Whose Gender Identity Tends Not To Fully Align With The Sex They Were Assigned At Birth And Therefore Who Do Not Conform With The Gender Norms That Are Expected Of Them.
