Objects: 3.1 Relieving Either Generally Or Individually Persons Who Are:3.1.1 Resident In The Area Of Benefit; And3.1.2 Are In Conditions Of Need, Hardship Or Distress,by Making Grants Of Money Or Providing Or Paying For Items, Services Or Facilities Calculated To Reduce The Need, Hardship And Distress Of Such Persons. 3.2 The Trustees Shall Apply Income Of The Charity For Charitable Purposes For The General Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The Area Of Benefit In One Or More Of The Following Ways, Or In Such Other Ways As The Trustees Think Fit:3.2.1 The Relief Of The Aged, Impotent And Poor;3.2.2 The Relief Of Distress And Sickness;3.2.3 The Provision And Support With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants For Recreation And Other Leisure Time Occupation;3.2.4 The Provision And Support Of Educational Facilities; 3.3 The Trustees May, Apply Income For Charitable Purposes As Aforesaid Either Directly Or By Way Of Donations Or Subscriptions To Institutions Or Organisations Which Apply Or Which Undertake In Return To Apply The Whole Or Part Of Their Income For Such Charitable Purposes.
