During the year the Foundatlon raised £5,028.81 In donatlons from individuals and
fundraising platforms. Expendlture conslsted of £162.00 In lustGSving subscr5ption fees. The
resultlng year-end balance was £4,866.81. No grants were distrlbuted before the financlal
year-end, but the trustees expect to award the majorlty of the avafilable funds In 2025126,
wlth Initial grants antlcipated to the natlonal pregnancy-105s charities Tommy's, 4Louls and
Achlng Arms subject to trustee approval.

The trustees conflrm they have had regard to the Charlty Commlsslon's guldance on publlc
beneflt. The Foundation's actlvltles are dlrected towards people In the UK experlencing
mental or physScal illness, where flnanclal support can Improve thelr treatment, care or
rehabllltatlon.

Total income in the year was £5,028.81, all from voluntary donatlons. Total expenditure
was £162.00 (JustGlving platform subscriptlon fees). The year-end bank balance was
£4,866.81. The charlty's only assets are cash funds held at the bank.
Reserves Pollcy
GSven the current level of actlvltyi the trustees do not hold reserves beyond amounts
requlred to meet comtnltted grants and necessary operatlonal expenses. Thls pollcy will be
revlewed annually,
