## Welcome 

Donna welcomes everyone attending the meeting and thanks them for giving up their time. Donna asks Miki for an update on the club and Miki explains that the charity, although registered, has not operated financially as of yet. The club has merged with another club, MK Elite and has taken over them teams so its been an extremely busy period.  Once MK Elite charity has ceased operation they can look at taking on trustees who have had experience with fundraising, grants etc.  Everyone agrees this will be discussed further at the upcoming meeting. 

## Safeguarding/parent concerns 

There are currently no safeguarding concerns or reports active. 

Miki has discussed taking on a second DSL now Jamie has left the club and will look into an appropriate candidate with Christine. 

## Finances 

Academy athletics will be receiving money from MK Elite charity when it ceases operation and any assets they have. 

Academy athletics have not received any grants or income this financial year. 

## Future plans 

Look into grants and fundraising to support; Outreach work with schools Sponsoring low income children Flooring/equipment
