The Structure
Trent ARCH (TA) was set up, initially at Companies House, to carry out a Desk Based Assessment into the viability of the research intended to be carried out by TA which it duly did. TA was set up as "Ltd by guarantee" to afford it some charitable status. It then applied to the Charity Commission so it could be registered. The Company is "dormant" as we are in the process of launching the Trent ARCH "vision" to the general public and powers to be. This is a lengthy process and only needs “time” input to put this in action. The Charity Commission advised that the way forward would be to become a CIO and Trent ARCH was registered accordingly. CIO - FOUNDATION Registered 02 Jan 2024.
Outcomes.
The “vision” presentation has been formatted and presented to various groups by the Trustees with excellent feedback.
