By<br>delivering cooked meals, Wish Foundation<br>aims to alleviate hunger, ensure basic<br>sustenance, and contribute to the physical<br>health and comfort of those in need, offering<br>a sense of stability and care during difficult<br>times.<br>**Provision of Qurbani (Uncooked Food) in**<br>**Pakistan:**As part of our commitment to<br>supporting vulnerable communities, Wish<br>Foundation facilitated the distribution of<br>Qurbani meat (uncooked food) in Pakistan.<br>This initiative provides nutritious meat, often<br>a rare commodity for many impoverished<br>families, especially during the festive<br>occasion of Eid al-Adha. It directly<br>addresses food insecurity and promotes<br>communal well-being and celebration among<br>those who might otherwise go without.|

Reliable water sources enable better hygiene practices, support small-scale agriculture, and can reduce local conflicts over scarce resources. It frees up time for children to attend school and adults to engage in productive activities, fostering longterm social and economic benefits. `o` **Quantifiable Impact:** _"In the past year, Wish Foundation successfully installed 50 new water pumps, providing clean water to an estimated 400 individuals across 5 villages. This has led to a reported 30% decrease in waterborne illnesses in these areas."_  **Alleviating Hunger and Providing Dignity through Cooked Meals to Shelter Homes:** 

- **Difference Made:** Our provision of cooked meals to shelter homes directly addresses immediate food insecurity for some of the most vulnerable members of society, including homeless individuals and families. Beyond simply providing sustenance, these meals offer a sense of dignity, comfort, and 



care, which are crucial for mental and emotional wellbeing. For many, this is their only guaranteed nutritious meal, offering a vital lifeline during challenging times. `o` **Wider Benefits to Society:** This work contributes to social welfare by supporting public services that care for marginalized groups. It helps to reduce the health burden on emergency services by mitigating issues related to malnutrition. By supporting shelter homes, Wish Foundation plays a role in creating a more compassionate and inclusive society, recognizing the inherent worth of every individual. `o` **Quantifiable Impact** _"Wish Foundation supplied over 300 cooked meals to 3 shelter homes throughout the year, directly benefiting approximately500 residents. Feedback from shelter managers highlights improved morale and health outcomes among residents due to consistent access to nutritious food."_  **Promoting Food Security and Community Spirit through Qurbani Distribution in Pakistan:** 

`o` **Difference Made:** Our Qurbani program in Pakistan ensures that highly nutritious meat, often a luxury for impoverished families, reaches those most in need. This is particularly significant during Eid al-Adha, enabling families to participate fully in the religious and cultural festivities. For many, this distribution provides a rare 



and vital source of protein, addressing immediate nutritional deficiencies and bringing joy and dignity during a special time. `o` **Wider Benefits to Society:** This initiative strengthens community bonds and promotes a sense of solidarity and compassion. It directly contributes to food security in vulnerable regions, supporting families who might otherwise struggle to afford such provisions. The act of sharing, inherent in Qurbani, fosters greater social cohesion and reinforces humanitarian values. `o` **Quantifiable Impact:** _"During the most recent Eid al-Adha, Wish Foundation distributed 1000 kg of meat reaching over 1000 families in Western Lahore in Pakistan. This effort provided essential protein and allowed thousands to celebrate the occasion with dignity."_ **Overall Impact:** "Through these targeted and impactful interventions, **Wish Foundation** has not only addressed critical immediate needs but also contributed to the long-term well-being, health, and dignity of thousands of beneficiaries.
