**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT FOR THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF DISABILITY AND LONG-TERM HEALTH CONDITIONS AND SPECIFICALLY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING; TO (A) PROMOTE AND ENABLE THE RIGHT TO INDEPENDENT LIVING, MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING AND EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY FOR DISABLED PEOPLE AND/OR THOSE LIVING WITH LONG TERM HEALTH CONDITIONS; (B) INFLUENCE POLICY, STRATEGIES AND SERVICES WHERE THESE IMPACT ON THE LIVES OF DISABLED PEOPLE AND/OR THOSE LIVING WITH LONG TERM HEALTH CONDITIONS; (C) ESTABLISH SERVICES AND RESOURCES WHICH PROMOTE INDEPENDENT LIVING FOR DISABLED PEOPLE AND/OR THOSE LIVING WITH LONG TERM HEALTH CONDITIONS; (D) ADVANCE EDUCATION AMONGST COMMUNITY CARE PROFESSIONALS AND AMONGST VOLUNTARY, STATUTORY AND PRIVATE BODIES CONCERNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR USER INVOLVEMENT IN COMMUNITY CARE; AND (E) disseminate examples of good practice in user involvement in the care and provision of services and opportunities for those with disability and/or long-term health conditions
