It performs in<br>Ampthill’s public parks and spaces, and<br>gives seasonal concerts, sometimes shared<br>with school and senior choirs and other<br>music organisations.<br>During 2024 the band gave 27<br>performances, 10 for Ampthill Town<br>Council, another 4 for Ampthill-based<br>Community Organisations , 4 of the Band’s<br>own concert events, 13 community events,<br>mainly village fetes, in neighbouring areas.<br>During 2024, with external grant aid, the<br>Band continued its collaboration with<br>Inspiring Music, Central Bedfordshire<br>District Council’s Music Service, to promote<br>brass musicianship in the local Middle<br>Schools , including tuition and joint<br>performances**.**|

The Band leads the<br>Armistice Parades in Ampthill and Flitwick<br>which are each attended by about 1,000<br>people. Christmas Carolling probably<br>serves over 2,500 people. About 10,000<br>people probably hear or 'listen' to the Band<br>in any year.  We also play at seasonal<br>village fetes that support local businesses<br>and traders.|
