**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE ARTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR THE ART OF POETRY AND TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART OF POETRY BY PROVIDING AN ANNUAL POETRY FESTIVAL AND/OR OTHER POETRY EVENTS AND/OR EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH PROGRAMMES.

**Activities:** We bring a range of poetry, spoken word and associated events to Sheffield and South Yorkshire, and to online audiences. We promote integration and cooperation within the local community by working with partner organisations, and aim to make our events as accessible as possible. We encourage creative participation in literature for artists, volunteers, participants and audience members.
