Takiar Foundation is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), registered on 18 December 2023. The charity is governed by its trustees, who are responsible for directing the affairs of the charity and ensuring it is solvent, well-run, and delivering public benefit.

The trustees who served during the period were:

- Shivalika Takiar (Trustee) 

- Niyati Takiar (Trustee) 

There were no changes to the trustees during the period and no trustee remuneration was paid. 

## **Objects and Activities** 

The charitable object of Takiar Foundation is to provide facilities for recreation or other leisure-time occupation in the interests of social welfare for young people in Gurugram, India and the surrounding area, with a view to improving the conditions of life of such persons. 

## **Activities and Achievements** 

During the reporting period, the charity did not undertake any charitable activities. The period was used for initial setup and planning. No income was received and no expenditure was incurred. 

## **Financial Review** 

The charity did not open a bank account during the period and had no financial transactions. Accordingly, there was no income, expenditure, assets, or liabilities at the period end.
