Para 1.20 | In our first year, we have established banking facilities. We have public and employers liability insurance. We have developed a database to monitor all referrals, volunteers, programme operations, fundraising and costs. Our policies and procedures are now in place. We have established a good working relationship with a number of higher education establishments across the UK and many of our volunteers are mature students undertaking Business Management and Health & Social Care courses. At present we have some 30 volunteers engaged in project work and/or delivering frontline services. |

Para 1.46 | The principal risk is a lack of funding. At present we have adequate funding to ensure a minimum 18 months operation/delivery. We will continue to focus our efforts on fundraising and maintaining a healthy bank balance. Volunteer recruitment is a potential risk but we have worked hard to establish strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with a number of higher education providers and have been encouraged by the positive response from students. |

Independent Examinerfs Report to the Trustees of We Are Listening Charity (a CIO) I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the We Are Listening Charity (the Trust} for the year ended 31 Dember 2024. Responsibilities and basis of report A5 the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 {'the Act'l. I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried OLrt under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in Garrying out my examinab'on I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Chanty Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. Independent examinerfs statement I have completed my examination. I confimi that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect.. 1. accounting records were not kept in respect of Trust as required by seciion 130 of the Act" or 2. the accounts do not accord with those records.
