INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES CREATIVE OUTBURSTS
I report on the accounts of the Charity for the perlod ended 31 Detrmber 2025, which are
set out on the attached pages.
Respertive responsibllltles of trustees and examlner
As the chanty's trustees you are responsible for the preparatlon of the accounts; you
consider that the audit requlrement of section 43(2) of the Charities Act 1993 (the Act)
does not apply, It15 my responslbllity to state, on the basis of pro￿ureS specified in the
General Di￿tionS glven by the Charlty Commls5ioners under settion 43(7)(b) of the Act,
whether particular matters have come to my attentlon.
Basls of Independent examinerfs report
My examlnatlon was carried out In accordance with the General Dlrectlons glven by the
Charity Commissioners. An examlnation Includes a revlew of the accounting records kept
by the charity and a comparlson of the accounts presented wlth those records. It also
includes consideratlon of any unusual items or disclosures In the accounts, and seeklng
explanatlons from you as trustees concerning any such maiter5.
The procedures
undertaken do not provide all the eVIden￿ that would be ￿qUIred In an audi¢ and
consequently I do not express an audlt oplnlon on the vlew given by the accounts.
