**Objects:** TO RELIEVE POVERTY IN THE UK AND PAKISTAN IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING MENSTRUAL PRODUCTS TO THOSE WHO CANNOT AFFORD THEM, EDUCATION ON TOPICS RELATED TO MENSTRUATION, AND SUPPORT INCLUDING TRAINING AND MICRO FINANCE SCHEMES TO ENABLE WOMEN IN POVERTY TO SET UP THEIR OWN BUSINESSES, IN ORDER TO GENERATE A SUSTAINABLE INCOME AND BE SELF-SUFFICIENT.

**Activities:** To relieve poverty in the UK and Pakistan in particular but not exclusively by providing menstrual products to those who cannot afford them, education on topics related to menstruation, and support including training and micro finance schemes to enable women in poverty to set up their own businesses, in order to generate a sustainable income and be self-sufficient.
