Self Discovery Organization is a UK-registered charitable organization committed to healing the world of its infirmities and challenges by uniting people with a sense of purpose. During the period under review, the charity actively operated in Nigeria and Zimbabwe through various humanitarian initiatives including the Families and Prisoners Initiative (FAPI) and the Menstrual Hygiene Day Campaign.
Key Projects and Impact:

Families and Prisoners Initiative (FAPI) – Implemented across three cities in Nigeria: Kaduna (25 families reached), Ibadan (25 families), and Owerri (50 families).

Visited the Owerri Correctional Facility housing over 1,500 inmates, where we distributed food, held a gospel outreach, organized a raffle draw, and donated clothes and gifts to selected prisoners.

Conducted a street outreach program distributing cooked meals to homeless individuals in Owerri.

Menstrual Hygiene Day (May 2024) – Reached over 500 young girls across schools in Nigeria. Sanitary kits were distributed, and educational sessions were held to empower girls with knowledge on menstrual health and hygiene.
Funding Sources:
All funds used during the year were sourced from the founder and generous contributions from friends in the UK and Nigeria. Donations from the UK were sent to Nigeria using secure money transfer platforms like LemFi and NALA. No formal income was received through a UK bank account.

Governance:
