**Objects:** THE PROMOTION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF URBAN REGENERATION IN AREAS OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEPRIVATION (AND IN PARTICULAR GAINSBOROUGH'S SOUTH WEST WARD) BY ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MEANS: -(A) THE MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT, OR PROVISION OF PUBLIC AMENITIES(B) THE PROVISION OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE/AND OR THOSE WHO BY REASONS OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY, DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES(C) THE PROMOTION OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND(D) SUCH OTHER MEANS AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED SUBJECT TO THE PRIOR CONSENT OF THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS FOR ENGLAND AND WALES.

**Activities:** The Together CIO sits within the wider Together Initiative and works within the South West Ward of Gainsborough. It works to improve life for those in the ward by increasing community spirit and opportunities for residents, increasing access to open space, outdoor activities and community facilities and improve living conditions so that people feel safer and healthier.
