Para 1.20 | The charity offers Buddhist religious services to members of the community. These include meditation classes for stress reduction and mindfulness awareness. Since its establishment, the charity has delivered meditation sessions to over 50 people over the last year. All the sessions have been free of charge. In addition to this, cultural events for the Buddhist community are also regularly held. These are open for anyone to attend. |
