Education and Research (UK): Partnering with the Centre for Orthopaedic Research and Education (CORE) to deliver educational sessions for healthcare professionals in Yorkshire on topics including knee injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and injury prevention. The charity has also funded research into the clinical, legal, and ethical aspects of the consenting process in knee surgery.

finding mission to Tanzania (Dar-es-Salaam, Morogoro, Mbinga) to establish relationships and identify needs. Key activities included initiating cooperation with Muhimbili National Hospital for teaching and research, exploring support mechanisms for victims of domestic violence, and investigating opportunities to support local agricultural producers.

Social Enterprise Development: Developing a business plan to import and sell high-quality Tanzanian cashew nuts and coffee in the UK. This initiative aims to generate sustainable income to fund the charity's objects while providing fair prices and support to farmers in Tanzania. Activities included market research, product sampling, and developing branding and packaging.

Organisational Development: Establishing essential infrastructure, including securing office premises, developing a public-facing website (www.globalconnectcharity.com and www.tanzakindness.com), and recruiting volunteers.
