|Summary of the main<br>activities in relation to those<br>purposes for the public<br>benefit, in particular, the<br>activities, projects or<br>services identified in the<br>accounts.|Para 1.17 and<br>1.19|During this early start-up period of our CIO,<br>Trustees have focused on establishing the<br>foundations required to deliver our<br>charitable objective of promoting<br>community participation in healthy<br>recreation.<br>Our main charitable activities have been to<br>prepare us for future delivery, and includes:<br>- Recruiting two additional Trustees to<br>ensure we have a board of at least five, as<br>per the good practice stated in the Charity<br>Governance Code.<br>- Continued to strengthen the charity’s<br>governance arrangements, by reviewing<br>our meeting structure, governance policies,<br>induction of new trustees, and clarifying<br>roles and responsibilities.<br>- Developed a reserves policy.<br>- Explored new relationships within local<br>networks, funders and with stakeholders to<br>raise awareness of the charity in the area<br>we serve.<br>- Applied for our first grants for the CIO and<br>are awaiting the outcomes in March 2026.<br>-Recruited volunteers to have a workforce|
