Most of our children come fi'om the school but a few come fi'om the local area. All Stars is reEiStered wlth The Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW). According lo the requlleinents laid down by the children's act 1989. The setting is fully insured and by expeiienced, qualified staff on a mAnimum ratio of1 ,. 8 for children 3-1 l years. The All Stars is registered to take 25 children. There are 9 meinbers of slaff, mostly working part time. The children are cai'ed foi and supervised by English spealiing staff, however we do endeavoui to incoiyorate the Welsh language whcrc possible. We are bascd in a Classroom within the llifant part of the school. During tenn-tinie the After-schnol Club is open from 3:15pm - 5:30 pin. Holiday Club is open fi'om 8:30am- 5.'30pm duiing school holRdays. Half day covei" is also provided. The club also offers full day care on inost school inset days which is 8:30am- 5:30pin. We aim to provide a happy, secure environment where children, parents, carers and staf f feel welcome and valued.

Financial Status We started the year with £9,847.95 and ended with £12,910.94 This year saw a large increase of income total £120,020 Our income was mainly f rom fees and 30 hours. Which increases to £73,881: Flyin9 Start income was £22,200: The grant of £12,268: went towards equipment and toys to make our new room guitable f or the range of children. Our outgoing all so increased total £116,957., This was mainly due to the increase of wa9es £83,148.. Staf f increases hours due to All Stars been open f rom 8 am till 17;30pm and we also took children f rom the age of 2 years. This means our child to adult ratio was 1.4 so we needed more staf f to meet the legal requirements.
