We provide the facilities and the trainers to enable children, young people and adults to learn the discipline and focus of a martial art.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:a) To Act As A Resource For Young People Up To The Age Of 25 Living In Middlesbrough And The Surrounding Area By Providing Advice And Assistance And Organising Programmes Of Physical Fitness Activities As A Means Of Advancing In Life And Helping Young People By Developing Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Independent, Mature And Responsible Individuals;b) To Provide Physical Fitness Activities And Other Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Living In Middlesbrough And The Surrounding Area Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Financial Hardship Or Social Circumstances With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.
