Basis of Independent Examiner's Report
My examlnation was carried out in accordance wllh the General Directions glven by tlie Charity
Commlssloner5, an examinatlon includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented wlth those records. It also Includes conslderallon of any unusual item5
or disclosures In the accounts, and seeklng explanatlons from you as tru51ees concerning any such matters.
The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evldence that would be requlred in an audit and
consequenily I do express an audit oplnlon on the vlew given by the accounts.

the accounts on a receipts and payments basls

As a registered charity the organisation benefits from rates and is generally exempt from
income tax and capltal gains tax but not from VAT, irrecoverable VAT Is included In the cost of
those items to which It relates
