Principal activities of the charity focused on empowering marginalised women, particularly young women from under-represented and disadvantaged backgrounds.

Structure, governance and management
Pink Dynasty CIO is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation governed by its constitution and managed by the trustees, who are responsible for the overall control and direction of the charity. Trustees serve on a voluntary basis.
Charity objectives
Pink Dynasty CIO exists to support and empower women from under-represented backgrounds through mentoring, skills development, and community-focused initiatives.
Activities and achievements
During the year, the charity’s activity was limited. Trustees focused on governance, compliance, and planning for future delivery. No significant fundraising or programme delivery took place during the period.
Financial review
Total income for the year was under £2,000, with minimal administrative expenditure. Any remaining funds are being carried forward to support future activities. Funds carried forward from the previous CIC entity were treated as income, as they were received as donations to support the charity’s charitable purposes.
Reserves policy
Given the charity’s size and limited activity, the trustees have not set a formal reserves policy. Funds held at year end are intended to support operational costs and the delivery of planned activities.
Investment policy
The charity has no intention of making any investments in the foreseeable future.
Plans for the future
The trustees plan to begin delivering the charity’s core activities in the next financial year, subject to securing appropriate funding and partnerships.
Risk management
The trustees have considered the major risks facing the charity and are satisfied that appropriate steps are in place to manage these risks, proportionate to the charity’s size and activities.

All trustees served on a voluntary basis and received no remuneration during the year.
Trustee induction and training
Trustees are familiar with the charity’s work and responsibilities. New trustees receive an induction covering trustee duties, the governing document, the charity’s financial position, and future plans.

There were no related-party transactions during the year.

The trustees are responsible for preparing the trustees’ annual report in accordance with charity law, safeguarding the charity’s assets, and ensuring proper governance and oversight.
