Charity objectives

Pink Dynasty CIO exists to support and empower women from under-represented backgrounds through mentoring, skills development, and community-focused initiatives.

Activities and achievements

During the year, the charity’s activity was limited. Trustees focused on governance, compliance, and planning for future delivery. No significant fundraising or programme delivery took place during the period.

Financial review

Total income for the year was under £2,000, with minimal administrative expenditure. Any remaining funds are being carried forward to support future activities. Funds carried forward from the previous CIC entity were treated as income, as they were received as donations to support the charity’s charitable purposes.

Reserves policy

Given the charity’s size and limited activity, the trustees have not set a formal reserves policy. Funds held at year end are intended to support operational costs and the delivery of planned activities.

Investment policy

The charity has no intention of making any investments in the foreseeable future.

Plans for the future

The trustees plan to begin delivering the charity’s core activities in the next financial year, subject to securing appropriate funding and partnerships.

Risk management

The trustees have considered the major risks facing the charity and are satisfied that appropriate steps are in place to manage these risks, proportionate to the charity’s size and activities.
