## **Financial Review**

|Review of the charity’s fnancial position
at the end of the period.|The CIO fnished the year in a strong
position. Heading into the busiest period
for the food bank, winter and the fnancial
restraints of Christmas, there was a
healthy sum available to trustees, before
anyfurther donations were received.|
|---|---|
|Statement explaining the policy for
holding reserves stating why they are
held.|Trustees believe that a cash reserve of
£1000.00 in unrestricted cash is prudent
to allow for any unexpected costs that
may arise or any emergency support that
maybe requested.|
|Amount of reserves held|£1000.00|
|Reasons for holdingzero reserves|Not Applicable|
|Details of fund materiallyin defcit|Not Applicable|
|Explanation of any uncertainties about
the charity continuing as a going concern.|There are no fnancial concerns regarding
the charity’s continuation and reserves
remain healthy. However, the Criddle
family have just lost Paul Criddle, a
trustee and James’ father. Paul was not
only a trustee but one of the key
volunteers and very much at the heart of
the charity. This loss to the charity may
see the charity scale back any
progressionplans for aperiod of time.|
