dlsadvantaged backgrounds through educational support, sponsorship, and access to
learning resources.
Durlng the reporting perlod, the charity focused on foundational and preparatory work.
Thls included developing sponsorshlp frameworks, safeguarding approaches, selection
criterla, and engagement with schools and famille5. No direct charitable expenditure was
Incurred durlng this period as artlvities were at a planning stage.

The trustees have had due regard to Charity Commission guidance on public beneflL The

evidenced vla the charlty's bank account.
Total expendlture for the period was £0. No costs were charged to the charity. The trustee
personally met initial and preparatory costs and deliberately chose not to expense these to
the charity.

Funds held at the period end are retalned to supporr the commencement of charitable
