Firstly we found out that one of the original trustees was not eligible and so there was a delay in finding a replament trustee. Jane Scott. SecorKJly. the charity had an infomial agreement to have use of a retreat centre Ihat was in the prOsS of being constructed in Six)Iland. This cntre would have been the ideal locati to enable the Charity to fulfil many of it's objectives s including the perfcmiing Buddhist ceremonies and the running of meditstion retreats and r)rkshops. However due to problems wth the wring and the water supply the centre has not been able to be used or this current period. The issues are in the process of being resolved which should allow us to use the centre in the future. When we become aware of this delay, one of the trustees. Jane Scott offered to help. She vrds in the prOs5 of converting a disused shop vthich was part of her house into a residential annex.
