**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF ALL ARMED FORCES VETERANS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS, IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE.

**Activities:** We are a Liverpool Combined Authority based charity helping Armed Forces personnel, service leavers and veterans get access to mental health support, wellbeing, treatment and employment. We work with the local authorities very closely by supporting the most vulnerable cases including those who suffer with Complex PTSD, chronic homelessness, addiction and those who are escaping domestic violence.
