The chatity is operated under the rules of its constitution dated 22 November 2023 and achieved charitable status on 22
November 2023. The charity is regjswed at the cban.ties Commission as a Charithble Incorpornted Organisaiion.
Overall management of the charity is the rewnsibility of the T[￿sleeS. Day to day project &¢(ivity 15 managed by the
Trustees.

The objects of the CIO are as follows:_

Summary of the Year
Street Tea are pleased with the f]nancial p¢rfomi8nce for their f]rst year of trading and the results for both sales and nei
incorne are slighily ahead of inifial expectations. The main source of iThcomc is and will continue to be weekend markei
sales. but Street are also lookin8 10 build direci sales to caf&s online sales. as well as I￿king at other qources of
possible filnding. Charitable donaiions for the year were limi￿1 to £?58 as the biL8tees wanied to establish a significant
amount of funds to allow Streei Tea to flnance projects that are in line witb the charity's objects oll a ollgoing basis.
Street Tea have not been able to gran( futKls as expttted to Lily's Pre-SchtKTrI in Sri LaDka due to some ongoing i58U¢S
