Independent examiner's report on the accounts Section A Independent Examiner's Report Report to the trusteesl members of LITTLE FLAME CADETS On accounts for Ihe year ended 3010412024 Charily no (if any) Set oul on pages Respective The charity's trustees are responsible for Ihe preparation of the accounts. responsibilities of The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year trustees and examiner under section 43121 of the Charities Acl 1993 (the 1993 Act) and that an independent examination is needed. 11 is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under section 43 of the 1993 Act, to follow the prOdureS laid down in the general Directions given by Ihg Charity Commission (under section 43(7){b) of the 1993 Act, and to stale whether particular matters have come to my allenlion. Basis of independent My examination was carried out in accordance with general DireGtions given examinerfs statement by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts. and seeking explanations from the trustees conceming any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all Ihe evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as lo whether the accounts present a 'true and fair. view and the report is limtted to those matters set out in the slalement below.
