**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL HERITAGE OF CHIPPING NORTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF A MUSEUM, THE COLLECTION AND PRESERVATION OF ARTEFACTS, ARCHIVES AND PHOTOGRAPHS, AND BY PROVIDING DOCUMENTS FOR FAMILY HISTORY RESEARCH, HISTORY OF HOUSES AND HISTORY OF THE TOWN.

**Activities:** The Society holds monthly meetings for the members it runs the Museum and has an archaeology group
