TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN OF ST THOMAS FEDERATION, BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF: ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS

Objects: To Act As A Resource For The Benefit Of Children Of St Thomas Federation, By Providing Advice And Assistance And Organising Programmes Of Physical, Educational And Other Activities As A Means Of:(a) Advancing In Life And Helping Young People By Developing Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Independent, Mature And Responsible Individuals(b) Advancing Education By Providing And Assisting In The Provision Of Facilities Not Required To Be Provided By The Local Education Authority For Education At School, Such As The Provision Of Grants To Partake In School Trips That They Would Not Otherwise Be Able To Afford(c) Providing Recreational And Leisure Time Activity In The Interests Of Social Welfare For People Living In The Area Of Benefit Who Have Need By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances With A View To Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Such Persons(d) The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty Or Financial Hardship Amongst Pupils At St Thomas' Federation By The Provision Of Grants To Buy Essential Items Such As Food, Hygiene Products And School Uniform.
