As the charity has not yet commenced operational activiti.es. all govemance and management
responsibilities have been undertaken directly by the trustees. No paid staff or volunteers wRre
engaged during the reporting Peri￿.
3. Objectives andActivities
Charitable objects:
To advance the edL¢cation and physiral health of the public through the provision of affor(lable.
accessible martial arts training venues and related communty activities, particularly for
disadvantsged or underrepresented groups.
Public benefit statement:

activities were undertaken as the charity was in its preparatory phase prior to the commencement

The trustees have continued to explore opportunities for partherships. funding. and suitable venues
to enable fvture delivery of martial arts programmes and comrnunty eTr3agement actrvities.

Financial position:
No income or expenditure was recorded during the reportiro period. The chanty held no assets or
liabiltties as of 0210912024- 01109r2025.

In the forthcoming financial period. the trustees intend to:
Identify and secure suitable venues for community martsal arts actÈvities.
Seek grant funding and donations to support the charity's initial operations.
Develop safeguarding. health and safety, and volunteer management policies.
Launch accessible mari'al arts sessions to benefft the local community.
