**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG WOMEN BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISINGEDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF:(A) ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES ANDCAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLEINDIVIDUALS; AND(B) ADVANCING THEIR EDUCATION.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THEPURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEEINVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].

Our aim is to support young women in their personal and professional journeys by providing practical programmes, workshops, educational resources, and a community network. Our purpose is to instil knowledge and confidence in women and help them achieve their full potential in life.
