The Trustees are responsible foT keeping proper accounting records which disclose wth
reasonable accuracy at any lime the 11nancial position of the company and enable it to ensure
that the financial statements comply with the relevant Act. They are also responsible for
safeguarding the assets of the company and hence for taking reasonable steps and detect
fraud and other irregularities.
