To provide and maintain almshouses for the benefit of inhabitants of the parish of Ampthill, Bedfordshire, who are in financial hardship.

Beneficiaries The charity’s eight beneficiaries are the residents of the seven almshouses – two residents in almshouse no. 1, and one resident in almshouse nos. 2 to 7.

Where the charity’s money has come from The charity’s income is provided in the form of a Weekly Maintenance Contribution made by the residents of the almshouses.

The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the Statement of Recommended Practicc..
