**Objects:** The advancement for the public benefit of education in the STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) among individuals up to the age of 25 who are neurodivergent, through the provision of specialist advice and support in relation to neurodiversity and the STEM subjects, the better to prepare such individuals for the practice of the STEM subjects.

**Activities:** The Sanjay Mortimer Foundation (SMF) is a not for profit initiative to find and assist those with neurodivergent minds to realise their potential through the field of engineering. It provides grants and resources to beneficiaries to allow them to advance their education, build their confidence and realise their talents.
