## Chairmans report 2025 

## Welcome to this year’s AGM. 

This year has been quieter. 

We had planned a fund-raising event last spring tasting wines but this was cancelled due to insufficient expressions of interest to attend. 

We did however have a successful Bingo night here at the Bell in September. 

We have benefited from donations following George Ralli’s memorial service and are grateful for those contributions. 

Helen Marjoram has sadly decided to resign as a trustee, leaving us as just a small group of 4 trustees. 

This is probably the minimum number we need to continue as an organisation. 

I am grateful to my fellow trustees for their continued commitment this year. 

We have not been asked to contribute to any projects at the church this year.
