## **1. Objectives and Activities** 

The charity's objective is to: 

To alleviate financial hardship among individuals in need, including orphans, widows, the elderly, and other vulnerable individuals, by providing essential support. This includes the provision of food, educational resources, healthcare assistance, and other forms of aid aimed at improving their well-being, ensuring access to basic necessities, and helping them build a more secure and sustainable future. Additionally, the charity aims to provide emergency relief in times of crisis, such as floods, earthquakes, and other natural disasters, by offering immediate assistance and long-term recovery support 

During the period covered by this report, the charity did not carry out any charitable activities. The first year of operation was focused on establishing the charity 

## **2. Achievements and Performance** 

Although no charitable projects were undertaken in this period, the charity: 

- Successfully registered with the Charity Commission 

- Opened a charity bank account 

- Received a small amount in initial donations (£160.65) 

- Paid standard monthly bank fees (£5/month) as part of maintaining the charity’s bank account 

## **3. Financial Review** 

**Total income received:** £160.65 

**Total expenditure:** Bank charges £60 + £1360 other expenses = £1420 

There are no liabilities or outstanding debts. 

The charity is not required to have its accounts independently examined due to its size (gross income under £25,000).
