SNAP Specialist play is dedicated to enhancing the physical and emotional well-being of pre-school children with additional and complex needs. Grounded in the transformative power of play, SNAP envisions a future where every child with such needs has access to timely specialist care, in a safe and nurturing environment.
Objects: To Relieve The Needs Of Children (up To The Age Of 5), With Emerging And Established Additional Complex Needs And To Support Their Families By: A) Facilitating And Enabling Professional Support Through Adapted Play And Activities; And B) Working Alongside Families To Help Them Understand And Provide For Their Child's Behaviours And Needs Through Adapted Play And Activities
