Governing Document : The organization operates as an unincorporated association under its constitution.
Charity Constitution: This charity organisation was established in February 2024 and the trustees were chosen under the approval of the administrative department and the head of Prayer City Mission.
Charity Objective: The primary objective generally focuses on advancing the Christian faith worldwide and relieving poverty, in compliance with a shared Statement of Faith scripturally.
Governance: charity is managed by a Board of Trustees responsible for the strategic direction, supervision of care for the vulnerable and legal compliance.
Policies: The Prayer City Mission provides the compilation of policies with suggested guidelines and instructions that the church can adapt to their specific terms.
Section C: Objectives and Activities
Worship and Evangelism: Holding regular Sunday services and mid-week online services (e.g., on Zoom) for Bible studies, and two mid-week programme (like "Enough is enough” and "Revival Service") and having our monthly deliverance prayer.

Community Support: Providing welfare support to members and the general public, including practical, material and financial aid to those suffering hardship.

Discipleship and Evangelism: Running seminars by inviting guest ministers in related to our faith and beliefs as well as men, women and youth conferences to address life issues, promotion of career and raising effective leaders in the society.

Missionary Work and Evangelism: Going out weekly to the metropolitan area to share the gospel of peace and distribution of tracts.

Family And Youths Engagement: Developing strong family life through online meetings, collection of their contact details in order to give them calls consistently to ask about their welfare and maintain the ties among us and initiating a plan like a fully equipped Youth Community Centre to serve youngsters and reduce anti-social behaviour.

Pastoral Care: Conducting hospital and prison ministries.

Proposal: Making a proposal to put our Sunday services on our social platforms (YouTube Channel, Face book and Instagram) and documentation of the church testimonies.

Church Growth: Expanding the social network, investing in the follow up ministries, expanding welfare of the members and the public.

Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act I report under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
